Medical Uses Galore

  1. Hey all, I'm writing to discuss people's experiences with smoking while attempting to lose weight. I do need to lose weight for my health, but smoking helps my anxiety, depression, eating disorder (2 years in recovery on 11/6/15), sciatica, and chronic muscle spasms. Any general tips or ideas on how to curb munchies so I can lose weight while smoking? Any specific strains more useful than others (I usually stick to sativa).

    I think it's all about pre planning. When you're stoned, you go for the quickest, easiest, yummiest solution to your hunger. Make sure all the crap food is out of your house and load up on good food. My significant other and I's favorite thing is making a big healthy dinner and smoking a bowl right before. Then we come back inside to a yummy home cooked meal. I would recommend portioning out your meal and putting the rest away before doing this so you don't eat 3 servings of your once healthy meal.
