Of course you could, but the best way to do that you want grow 20 males 20 females and pick the best 2 pheno's of each to get the best genetics out of both strains.

You can't clone autos, the cuttings would just flower at the size of the cutting, probably would effect the yield of the of the auto you cut it from as well,

To smoke? I wouldn't smoke male pollen, I'm sure you can store pollen but you have to be real careful, like if you touch it take a shower afterwards and change your clothes because if that shit gets in your tent it will fuck you're whole crop up
