I'm 3 weeks into flowering on my second grow and I have some kind of deficiency that I can't pinpoint from research. I'm hoping someone more experienced can help. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Hello, what's your ph? I'm thinking magnesium or phosphorous deficiency that's turning into a nitrogen toxicity.
Let me be a total noob real quick, I've never checked the PH because I'm using soil. I've been under the impression that PH isn't a big concern in soil. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I'm actually at the hydro store right now picking one up. I'll report back with the results Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
did you calibrate it first. Commonly overlooked mistake. If so, that's definitely gonna be the cause of any issues. Get it sorted and give a few days to show signs of recovery
I'll have to do some shopping. I just mixed up a solution of mutes and added ph down and got it to 4.8 to bring down the PH of the soil. Is that too much? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I would have just ph'ed the water your using, I wouldn't add any nutes. You need to get you soil under control. Just add water till you see some recovery. Ph your water with the scale I sent you.
Ah, I guess that would make sense. I just added a 1/4 dose because they didn't get any nutes on the last 2 waterings. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I will for sure, I haven't watered yet so I can dump it. Would you ph it to the lvl it should be or lower to bring the soil down? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Are they in flower? Lo ok there in flower, but I still wouldn't add nute because you still need to stabilize the pH
If your ph is high or low especially in flower, your buds will start to come out deformed and not flowering, you will have some pistils and these weird long deformed cola structures.
