Cleaning my grinder

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by gamestar115, Aug 1, 2015.

  1. Hi everyone,
I'm new to this website and this is my first post. I've searched several links and tried to find a post that would help me, but I could find one that exactly answered my question. I apologize if I'm similar to any other posts, or have violated any types of rules, lol.
Anyways, earlier today no more than an hour ago, I had cleaned my grinder using "Ethyl rubbing alcohol, 70% USP". I understand this is not the best, as other posts have been saying to use 90%+ iso, but this is all I had to offer me. Anyways, long story short I cleaned my grinder effectively, and let it dry out in the sun a little bit. However, there is still a small lingering smell of alcohol left in my grinder. I'm nervous that if I take my herb and grind it using my newly cleaned grinder, I may be getting some type of alcohol chemicals?? Not sure if I should really be worried about this, but better safe that sorry I suppose.
If anyone could help shed light on my situation, please help! [IMG]
