How would be naturally a more positive individual ?

  1. Stress kills, and I don't want to be so anger and miserable all the time. What are things that I can do to be more possitive.

  2. Music,friends,hobbies;dogs.
Just focus on all the positives in life :)

Sure there are going to be bumps along the way,but thats how it is for everyone.
    I learnt that early on.

  3. Eat healthy, exercise, drink lots of water and no soda or sugar drinks, meditate, google ways to train yourself to think positively and relax, breathing exercises...

    smoke weed and bust nuts...

  4. finding happiness is kinda like quitting an addiction. You basically need to really WANT it. If your actually subtly satisfied by the bullshit then it ain't goin anywhere.

Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It's very important to be aware of them every time they come up.”</h1></td></tr><tr><td colspan="2">[IMG] Deepak Chopra

  6. There was a point in time where I was entertained by bullshit. Where I welcomed distractions and I would rather sit inside all day doing nothing but wasting time on the internet. But now, I can't enjoy them as much as I used to. I want change, I need it. I think I'm ready for happiness.

  7. Take a class on/learn about positive psychology. Spend time being in flow, meditate (mindfulness meditation is very simple to implement), and learn about controlling your thought patterns.

  8. Don't worry, be happy - Bob Marley

  9. That wasn't Bob Marley. It was Bobby McFerrin. fyi

  10. Man, I can't believe the trouble I have been going through to post a reply to this topic. I have been trying since yesterday. The first time, after I had smoked a bunch of cigs getting down what i wanted to say in as few words as possible, just as i was typing the last sentence firefox crashed and I lost everything I had just taken so much time to type.

  11. But I really wanted to tell the story, so I typed it all up again on a word doc so the same thing wouldn't happen again. It didn't. What happened instead was when i tried to copy/paste it here the page froze up every time. So I retyped it yet again and clicked 'post'. It disappeared into cyberspace somewhere and never posted.

  12. I can't tell yu how profoundly irritated I was (and still am!) over this situation. It bothered me off and on the rest of the night and today I decided to give it one more shot. I re-typed a briefer version and clicked 'post'. It worked at it for a long time until firefox finally crashed again and my post took off to join its brother out there in cyberspace.

  13. I don't think this site is real compatible with firefox or something. Either that or some invisible force is helping me learn how to say what I have to say in as few words and as quickly as possible - I do have a tendency to ramble along, with plenty of time interspersed for thoughtful musing, hehehe... in a world full of ADD sufferers, hahahaha!
