So Aubrey Marcus and Joe Rogan have an online Health and Supplement Company called ONNIT, they have a mood enhancer that's supposed to make you happier called nu mood and a nootropic formula called Alpha brain thats supposed to make you mentally stimulated and sharp, has anyone tried these products? I was thinking of trying them out!
i tried alpha brain years ago. nothing special. i had more noticeable effects from flow athletics nootropic.
Shots either placebo or dangerous. Also there's already been proof of their products being a scam and the quality not what they say it is. Just a trendy cash grab
You can get way better energy/brain tonics from Dragonherbs which are wildcrafted and highest quality you can find.
You're just going to be delusional and not believe anything. So just google and variation of onnit, scam, bullshit, etc and see for yourself. Nootropics are just as bullshit as multivitamins, except with multivitamins there's actual safe and useful ingredients with shitloads of science to back them up.
I can confirm Alpha Brain does not work. IDK about New Mood though. Also, I said Alpha Brain did not work for me over at Joe Rogan's forums, and I was banned. Take that for what it's worth.
Did my research and couldn't find anything. Help me out here. You saying I'm going to be delusional for only asking for a link already says you are full of shit. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Branding electrolyte water is nothing new. Believe the hype if you choose, that is actually how the product works. Self-deceptive placebo effect of tasty water. I prefer kool-aid, but maybe that's just my tastebuds and their preference to cane sugar.
I've tried Alpha Brain several times and there was little to no benefit for me personally, other than the placebo effect. Unsure about the mood enhancers, I would have to read the ingredient list. Some supplements that have helped me with cognitive function are, ZMA, DHEA, Alcar, vit D, 5-htp, garlic/cayenne. Combined with a healthy diet these have helped me in one way or another cognitively. Also certain amino acids other than Acetyl-L-carnitine seemed to have helped as well. Just google.
all "stack" supplements suffer from the same problem... only so much of an active dosage of an ingredient can fit into a pill or a capsule. so whenever you see 20 ingredients in one magic pill, you can be sure it won't work. because 1mg of garlic and 20 mg of l-thianiene won't do shit. even if you couple it with iron, bacopa, vitamin c, magnesium and 5-htp. (sounds pretty good, though why not?) better yet, understand what the ingredients are supposed to do... go to examine.com and read up .. then buy l-theanine (or any other supp. on amazon) take a "reasonable" dosage drink some coffee or highly caffeinated tea "in reasonable amount" .. and see if you just made your own nootropic. and "reasonable" amount might be different for different people 100mg of l-theanine may not do a damn thing to one person and put someone else to sleep ... like we all have various tolerances to weed and strains any other supplement is no different.
I love alpha brain and new mood... I will say that everything on the onnit site is ridiculously overpriced but it does work if u take the recommended dose. Shrooms tech sport is a great supplement but it like $60 for 90 pills... and u need to take 2-3 pills at a time to really notice the effects
