Solvents in Australia for Canna Oil

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by 100mbps, Jul 24, 2015.

  1. hey all, im looking for a solvent to make Cannabis Oil but most of the tutorials are using Everclear or other solvents that are unavailable in Australia. I'm wondering where I can possibly go to get solvents here that you can use for making the oil.

I'd happily try methods on making the Oil without the use of Alcohol/Solvents but it'll be used for medical purposes, not edibles and to my knowledge the end product when making them are different to one another.

I've looked around for a good type of solvent i can use but im unsure and would like to know if anyone know where i could go to look for it?

  2. Subbed for a good cause.

  3. Only other option really would be 90% or better Isopropel alcohol. I use 99% Iso and it works well. BTW You can make high quality medically usable edibles (canna butter) etc., they are just not as strong in most cases but you can just use more to make up the difference. HTH

  4. High quality ISO is easy to get in aus
