Help with Critical Grow Problem

  1. First time user needs help fast.. Third or fourth grow and just got a surprise when I went out to my garden! 4 of my plants which are 2 months old and were grown from "clones" have dropped male seedpods overnight. Would it have had to have been a male plant to begin with? That is my thinking... I was of the understanding that cloned plants are female, period.

  2. A cloned plant is what the mother hopefully or father was.

  3. If you clone a female you get a female, if you clone a male you get a male...
you can also get a hermaphrodite " A female plant that makes some male flowers "
If thats the case just pick them off and keep a eye on that plant week 3 to 5 of flowering is the time to really watch her.

Thank you for your help FSSALASKA, greatly appreciated. These plants were supposed to have been cloned from female plants! My question is is it possible for a female plant to turn and grow seedpods overnight. Or does that mean that the clone was NOT a female. I need this answer so that I can go to my supplier with the right info and tell him that his clones were NOT what he sold them to be. If it is possible for it to "just happen" then it isn't his fault. However if he is selling clones that are not feminine as he says then I have about a $5000 investment in nutrients that just went down the toilet!!

  5. Not over night, not possible.
If you want upload a pic would help.

  6. Are there any white hairs on the plant with the male flowers that popped up over night if there is it's hermaphrodited maybe do to stress..
I can't state how much a photo or two would help..
