    to the left of the center of the bud specifically, i am unsure of what the little specs are as they do not look like tichromes

    If theres mold should be much oranger than the hairs or whiter than the trichombes and usually in masses. Maybe this pic helps? Older the weed more likely mold will grow if you don't keep it in an airtight place away from humid areas.
