My notifications have stopped working recently, on the PC and app, whenever I login on PC it shows 7 notifications and when I open them the 7 sign doesn't go away, I also get no new notifications, so today I've had at least 3 likes and 2 quotes but I haven't received a notification for any of them. Notifications are what kept me on the site regular because without them it's hard to have a conversation with anybody on a thread. Can this be fixed?
Same issue.. Notifications seem to have been broken for like the past 6 months or so. Today I logged into five notifications, and it doesn't show any of them, just old ones. We used to be able to view the "all notifications" page before the forum update, which was a temporary solution - but I can't find that page anymore. A little feedback from the staff on this would be cool
Same here lads. The notification list on the app was handy . However thats not worked in ages,but the alerts to my email was what kept me interacted with city. Be really shite if that stopped worked altogether
If you are having issues with notifications, please let us know what you are using such as iOS, android, tapatalk, desktop, browser...any and all info that you can provide can help the tech people fix the issue. That is very important.
I only use city on my tablet app version. Dont have Tapatalk. Notification alert hasn't worked in a week.
I only use GC on my desktop pc. On google chrome, but the problem persists in other browsers like Firefox. Lately I'll sign on and see like 8 notifications, then when I click the button there's only one notification. Or I'll have 1 notification, go to check it, and it's a post I made earlier on. Get it together already lol
