To Dab or Not to Dab?

    Hi, guys, I've been getting a lot of mixed information on dabbing and wasn't really sure what to believe. I've heard its more dangerous than smoking or vaping flower, but it seems like the only danger is in the compressing process. The smoking itself doesn't seem any more hazardous. Am I right in thinking this?

    I feel like the only hazard is the solvents often used to make hash. Solvent-less is the way to go.

    The "compressing" process? Hell is that?


    Plenty of solventless options are out there as mentioned above, but also lots of well-made BHO, PHO, CO2, etc. that isn't even remotely dangerous. If you think about it, there's less material required to pass through your system with good concentrates to achieve the same effect as far more hits from any kind of straight flower, vaped or combusted. In that way I've found it to be the least irritating way to inhale my cannabis.

    Gets you high as hell but its one of those things where you put yourself on a higher pedestal compared to bud which makes the fall a lot worse I.E. dependence.

    EDIT: I just found an article that actually argues that vaping dabs through a marijuana vape pen is healthier than flower? I wonder if they just mean vaping is healthier in general?

    I use to wonder too but I am using a vaporizing pen high quality temp controlled and with a ceramic coil...Works so well no smells or sound of the whoooshing torch, and you can hear it trust me. The pen I can go in a public bathroom if I need my medicine then. I only to do Shatter and and have found it works wonders for pain the Indica and CBD have been life-altering more so the CBD tinctures to. This place has their own CBD herbal (from hemp of course) and it's at 37% CBD only no THC at all...It has a very different smell but due to trachea issues I am using a vape pen. I would like to ask anyone if they know the temp for wax? and shatter? I was thinking 3500 my pen goes to 5000 amp I think that's what it says the amp thing but the 5000 it does I turn it at bottom to control... LIVE, LAUGH , LOVE AND COOK
