    Anyone have personal experience with getting past charges sealed? Or know somebody that has successfully removed their f-up from their record? I'm very curious, because legalizing weed but not alleviating past consequences doesn't solve much for those who were caught pre-legal.


    (I tried searching the forums but couldn't find anything.)


    Help a fellow blade out.
     
  2. I think it depends on the state in which you got the charges. Some are more lenient than others, some won't allow it at all.


    Also depends on the severity of the charges...like having a joint or two compared to a pound or two.


    It should be fairly easy to research......
