Best way to turn this into a grow?

  1. Hey, have what was a DIY air conditioner here. Wanting to turn it into the first of 4 total micro grow boxes. This one is pretty small and would be for the beginning of the plant's life. Then I'd have another like this for two at a time and then two more bigger ones to move them to for flowering, etc.

I'm just wanting to know what the best way to do this is since I haven't actually grown before, though I've been doing a lot of research and know what I need to have. The bigger hole is for a small fan I have, the other smaller hole just had a tube for air to exit. Also not sure what I could do with the tiny hole on top for draining the water. The point is for it to be cheap but effective.

  2. Cut a hole in the top to fit a power strip (surge protector) and accommodate for the wire. Use reflective or heavy duty tape to patch up and seal. Put your fan and tube in. Apply mylar or aluminum foil all around the inside of the grow as reflective material. Get socket to e27 converters and pop 2-4 30w or more each. Total of at least 100w. Begin to grow one plant. Put books under it always have plants 4-6 inches away from cfl lights.
