Help me pick out a herbal vaporizer

Discussion in 'Vaporizers' started by _Elements, Jul 4, 2015.

  1. I'm looking for a vape that can support ground herb. I used to own a G-Pro but I took a break and am now looking for something new. Here are a list of things that I am looking for:
    • Somewhat small (doesnt have to be a pen, but it needs to fit into a space about the size of a shoebox)
    • Dry Herb support
    • Decent size bowl/chamber
    • Minimal smell (preferably something that doesn't produce thick clouds, similar to the GPro)

If anybody can think of anything off the top of their head that would fit this, please post below!

    Thanks in advance everybody!

  2. Mflb with power adapter

  3. To add to markcs recommendation of the mflb, check out the firefly and flashvape. Any on demand vape will be much less smelly than a vape that constantly cooks your herb like the pax or solo.

  4. I did some research and bought the Pax 2, the MFLB didnt seem very durable. I used my friends before and didnt really enjoy it.

  5. With the power adapter?

  6. I presume it would come with a power adapter... I paid $250 for it.

  7. Pretty sure he's talking about the mflb not your new pax 2 bud. I'm curious to know why you felt the mflb wasn't very durable?

  8. Poor wording on my part. Well, from my experience the mflb doesnt vape all of the weed, and it has no heat settings as far as I know. But, I only used it once and I could be wrong. Also, I like the Pax because I can run it on low, then run it on high for another session without repacking the bowl.

  9. From my experience, it does.

  10. Ascent vaporizer has a nice size bowl, not too much smell or clouds. But you will be medicated.

  11. What are you talking about? The ascent is pure conduction, and it puts off tons of smell, as its constantly cooking.

  12. Check out Ascent vaporizers and the TopVapor desk top model. Both of these are great models for keeping at home. Otherwise for something more portable I would look into the Titan 1 and 2 or anything by Atmos has given me good results in the past.

  13. Atmos are shit and I wouldn't recommend them as herb vapes at all.

  14. Well the Atmos I have owned for almost 4 years is still working, granted I do not use it everyday but I do use it when I am travelling, and I use it quite a bit when on these trips.

  15. Which atmos product are you using out of curiosity?

  16. It is the atmosRx, being running strong for a while now.

  17. The Atmos RX is nothing but an electronic pipe. It will not properly vaporize dry herbs. It will combust them.

  18. The MFLB takes some getting used to. I used to hate vapes until I tried and mastered the mflb. It's a great vape for a beginner and it has a lifetime warranty! Mine was a hand me down and when the screen broke, I gave mflb the info they asked for and got a new mflb a week later. The PA for it also has a lifetime warranty! Overall, great customer service and great lil vape. I say give it a chance and try it again, there's a bunch of vaping "techniques" vids on YouTube so that you can take the best hits.

  19. I wonder if MFLB will ever produce a new model.
