I am going on a cruise in a few months on the grand celebration to Freeport Bahamas. I have a few questions for those of you that have done this before. I have stomach cancer and the only thing that dulls the pain and allows me to eat is THC. I have switched to strictly CO2 oils through a vape pen. I am wondering what the security is like getting on the ship. And more importantly getting off and going into Freeport, is it like customs or do you just get off and go? Do they scan your bags when you disembark? Also getting back on. I'm not trying to bring anything back with us to the states but just for the cruise where I will throw whatever I have left away. Any personal experiences would be amazing and a step by step of what to expect from security from start to finish would be top it off perfect. Thanks again for all you help!!!!
Don't know if you've already gone or not, but I've gotten medicine on a cruise, using a small box with one hitter, just thrown in my toiletry bag. They do scan your stuff when you embark from the ports, but not when you disembark. Sorry about the cancer, good luck to you.
