those are some ones i found other than the ones on ebay. only growing 1 or 2 plants, 250w MH for veg, coco/perlite mix

i've read and read and read and not really seen many people comment on the HOMEbox, but everyone does on the SJ and gorilla. but its all mixed reviews. some say bad, some say good.

what about for a fan setup? is this a good brand?

  3. i have looked at apollo's, but somewhere else they were bashing the hell out of them. said would be better to buy a cheap amazon one. do you have an apollo?

  4. i do and i love it

have a 400w cool tube in there currently

i use all apollo products and proudly recommend them

  5. nice. i'm looking around at other sizes now. the one main thing about apollo people were complaining about was the weight of the rods for the HiD lights and the vacuum from the fan making it bow too much. that and the light leak from zippers and vents. guess that hasnt happened to you?

i've got a 250w cool tube as well, would this combo be good enough

that tent looks great. the smaller one doesn't have an intake port at the bottom

my tent has been set up for 6 months now holding my cool tube, so can't complain about construction.

i have the 4inch version of that fan, gonna get that 6inch too soon. the 250 watt wont throw too much heat so that may be overkill imo

i dont use a carbon filter so can't help you there

  7. hey, you've helped enough. first tent and fan, i'll give these a go. if its crap, eh, i'll just start over and buy something different.

yeah the 250 doesnt give off much heat. they say to put it 8-12 above the plants. its at 8 right now and i've got a week old seedling thats sprouting its 3rd set. i know this isnt the place, but do you think that height is good enough, or closer?

i really cant thank you enough

  8. np, anytime. i'm sure you won't be disappointed, i've recommended apollo products to many blades who have purchased and never heard a complaint. they have a great warranty program as well. goes a long way if something does occur

as long as you're happy with the development i'd leave it as is. if node spacing is a bit more than you'd like, get a small fan blowing right on the bulb, should allow you to get it a bit closer

  9. nice. triple nice. didnt think about the fan, even though i've got 2 of them going. again, thank you my friend.

  10. anytime

    best of luck

  11. I have an apollo and a secret jardin. I'd just go with the apollo its good quality and at a very good price. Mine is stitched good and doesn't have any light leaks but most tents will have leaks somewhere along the zippers.

  12. thanks. my apollo will be here tomorrow. cant wait
