Clone probs.

  1. These clones have been rooted for almost 3 weeks. I'm not really getting any discoloring on the leaves but rather just curling upward. I'm not sure what the problem is & I would really appreciate any help I could get. Thank you guys. [IMG]

  2. You need to give us some temperatures and humidity levels... Do you have circulation in the room with fresh air, do you have exhaust to get rid of the bad air? Are you watering these plants every 2 to 3 days? Answer these questions so people can help you better

  3. I'm sorry for not going into detail guys! I don't have an exhaust to get rid of the bad air but I do have a fan that blows onto my plants and expells air out of the closet at the same time. I'm watering every 3 days or sooner if I see the soil dry up. Appreciate the help.

  4. If it's not, bring you heat to 78 to 88. I'm guessing you live in a dry place? If so get some humidity in that room, you'll need about 65 to 75% for veg. I don't know what kind of light your using or the watts so I wouldn't have an idea how far to keep them from your plants. Other then that good Air circulation and consistent temperatures with humidity mean a lot.

  5. I live in so cal but my room is upstairs and it's really hard to ventilate all the heat rising to the top.
I'm currently using 3 of the generic LED lights that you buy from Wal-Mart at 5000k & I was using that because I was planning on tossing these clones into the flowering chamber with my g8 450 LED light. I have a T5 flourescent but I figured that the plants would react better to being moved if I kept them under LED lights.
Is there any way I can rise the humidity in my grow closet without raising the humidity in my grow tent located about 10 feet away?

  6. My lights are about 4" above the canopy btw.

  7. The plant is curling up to keep itself cool. Just make sure ventilation is good!

  8. Thanks a lot! I appreciate it & I'll definitely change the way I've been ventilating.

  9. Keeping a open container of water will raise the humidity

  10. & that won't affect my tent across the room?
I've seen the little humidity packs that keep the humidity at an optimal 72 for veg but I haven't tried those either.

  11. depending on ventilation, you say closet and tent about 10 feet away, as long as your not sucking air directly from closet to tent the humidity should normalize to the room after escaping the closet and before entering tent. Only way to know for sure is to have a gauge in both room and monitor for a couple days.

  12. Yeah i'm definitely not doing that lol. I just have my veg tent open during the day due to hot ass temperatures in Cali. I'll definitely go get some of those humidity pads that I seen.
