So, to start off, I was picking up from someone else at first. His stuff was pretty decent - got high, was happy with what I was getting, no complaints at all. Anyway, fast forward a couple months and I meet my girlfriend, and she has me try her connects stuff. I was pretty pleased overall with the taste, quality and even the smell! Okay, fast forward some more and 2 months in we finally decide to pick up an oz (we'd been picking up qts or less up until then) Instead of the usual baggies this guy puts them in, usually enough for just 7, maybe a little more, he actually leaves them in the bag he gets it from the guy he buys from. Also, a little extra just cause we're pretty cool stoners anyway, come to find out it's much, much better quality than we thought. That night I roll the fattest jay I've ever rolled and then we proceed to get super high. We talked about it and we kinda think it was all in our heads, because we knew it was some good ass quality before. Not really a question, meh. TLDR; Was smoking alone, met a banging ass stoner chick, got some new weed through her, got super high.

I think I catch your drift. Are you curious as to whether it was actually really good weed or all in your head because it was your first ounce? I mean it could be anything - a different strain your friend bought or maybe it wasn't stored or bagged for a longer period of time.
