So this buddy of mine has a balcony attached to his 2nd floor apartment. Twice now this has happened that while we were smoking a blunt a police officer that patrols the complex on foot has stopped to talk to us. Every time we've just kept hitting the blunt hoping he'd think it was a cigar, but we think he knows. Anyone else ever carry on a conversation in person with a cop while blazing?
He turns the corner so fast it'd look suspicious putting it out quickly + he's one of the cops I actually like, real chill and friendly, + it's so funny to smoke while talking to him
That's what I'm thinking honestly I kinda wanna get him to smoke with us but that's one of my highdeas
If you've been talking to the officer while the blunt was lit he's obviously aware of what's going on and it's safe to say he doesn't care.
I rave with cops all the time. They are people too. You're not causing trouble. Dont be an asshole and ask him to smoke, just keep on doing what youre doing.
thats chill don't ask him to smoke though thats just stupid especially if he is on duty just be nice to him and say hi when ya see him

Whatever you do, DONT offer him a hit. He may be a nice guy and all and is turning a blind eye, but offering a hit is literally admitting that your breaking the law. Like you said, he might actually think your smoking a cigar. Not worth the risk man. Peace

A police officer or a security guard? If a cop in my town had been assigned an apartment complex on foot, he would get bored and call the swat team to come bust your door down for a fucking blunt. I think (IDK for a fact) that in Colo. and Wash. you can smoke in your front yard without getting arrested. You can talk to a cop and hit the blunt in between sentences.

if he is patrolling an apartment complex, he is probably not going to bust you for smoking a little weed. he is probably more concerned with making sure no violent behavior is going on and stopping people from selling hardcore drugs. i know its hard to believe but a lot of cops really dont like being bothered with petty shit and wont unless they have to get involved.
