The connection of time and the ripple effect it creates

  1. without tomorrow you still have today and without yesterday you still have today
without today you don't have tomorrow and without today you don't have yesterday

    Today is tomorrows yesterday

It's a loop whether it's Fibonacci's algorithm or the lion kings circle of life but whatever pebble you drop in this illusion of reality changes the past the same as the future

  2. Without yesterday you wouldn't have today, yesterday never happened neither did today or tomorrow....no?

  3. You must've been stoned to think this way but yeah So_savage420 is right. I see where your coming from tho. It's still an interesting topic to think about.

    Shit has me confused honestly.

  5. can you imagine a world without math? no structures no engineering no chemistry no economy
when you calculate down to a number you can never really reach that number becuse you infinetely get closer to that number for example using the number 3 you can never touch the number 3 because you can only get to 2.999999999etc and time does this until the present in this case 3, now present is being pushed/pulled(influenced) by past and being pulled(influenced) by 3.00000000000etc(1) future. the present is exacly present and it's why it's a gift that is time travel itself and is one reason why i don't believe in traditional time travel culture. not that i'm way into that or anything but from time to time. also not into math but it's cool. the present doesn't exist, the present is the past and the future. it's a learning experience we experience emotionally and through the stars.

now i'm not saying that you don't have to have boundaries or lines that you cant cross because they don't exist. 3 exists and 3 has consequences but me being no mathematcian nor scientist nor even great at technology those lines i can't showcase. though remember how close you can get to 3 without really touching it. in infinity numbers dont exist like the present doesnt exist. in case you're wondering about death yes i know we expire at least us our flesh and our perception of the world lives on through other people even the most reclusive to the most outgoing person because everyone gives off energy you know "vibes" sounding a bit hippiish but i use it on occasion.

that's why i believe in ghosts etc etc
oh and time is a circle just repeating itself i bet you the circle is the most popular shape, and this is just me being stupid sort of foolish maybe i bet ya a like or something cuz there's no rep no more. searching up right after post also ima go for triangle being the 3rd most used shape in past, present and plans.

Please read this song by Immortal Technique called Poverty of Philosophy and THEN listen to it or if want do it the other way around i'm not tryna control you but anyway i really like what this man is saying but there's literally only one sentence that i disagree with and it's driving me crazy because i agree with all of IT's messages about trying to create a future for his people and starting a revolution in the sense of complete equal rights and control but not as the system is set now because right now we are run corporately and there is no government for some people in 3rd world because we are stripping them clean and then selling them their processed land at high prices?? believe me before i make a complete conclusion i need more research but that's where i slack cuz i'm stoned out my mind right now and i don't feel like doing it.

there is only one sentence i have a problem with in this essay, song, poem, whatever you wish to call it.

"You cannot change the past but you can make the future, and anyone who tells you different is a Fucking lethargic devil."

    -Immortal Technique

  7. maybe that's what i love about this man and his message. the ONE piece that i didn't like was the one that tied it all together. that's why sometimes you have to be open minded and unbiased. i am a bit lazy and i have a lot of knowledge in my brain but i don't put any of it into execution( execution being my perception of being good which is what i want for me and the world)(my perception of good is health and prosperity). and that is where i'm failing i'm letting the world fill me up and im not throwing back the shit that it deserves to be thrown back at it.

if you're not careful in this world you become the victim, it's the sad truth but competition is a vital force of nature. now how many people we can have on our team is what's important but not making them equal but treating them equal through pebbles of love and understanding thrown across the pond filled with life that is earth.

you catch more flies with honey than vinegar

has to come from outside of the system through principles of equality not a personal standard of equality. I think this man is trying to convey that we as humans should be embracing the different information derived from all cultures around the world to advance our kind. our people as a collective whole instead of trying to conform in which a sense of force (hostility) is being injected (emotionally) into society and the art of persuasion is taken off the table when persuasion is the best tool you can have. it's not passive nor aggressive but assertive. it treats the people with more respect rational and response and will get us closer to the interstellar trade system of the future.

edit- well is persuasion assertive on second thought it seems passive aggresive but persuasion with good intent and true belief is treating and treating is healing and healing leads to thriving as opposed to poverty.

  9. And this is why i stand on my conviction that the past is as changeable as the present and more so than the future. The future is made from the past and with it's alteration today you change yesterday. You can't have a working universe without the illusion of time blinding you of reality because we are mortal and don't exist within the infinity that is the ripple effect. Does not mean that I'm not perfectly willing to run around in circles until i die you know it's fun and all plus with my add and ocd ill never run out of magic to play with.

  10. at 50:45 to 51:15 it's hard to believe that an artist can produce such an amazing theme and compilation of sounds to fit poetry so well, inspiring and that's why it's timeless.

it's beautiful to think he dedicated exactly 30 seconds of a songs intro with an instrumental and hook and than spit poetry that fits flow flawless. no man is perfect but music is. that's the beauty of it and why we our asking "How do we keep the music playing".

Music understands more than most people which is ironic because music is made by people. silence is made by the world which is an entirely different type of music. It's your music your experience and the better and more honest you can portray silence the better your music will be. Music is sound and silence, through it people are constantly filtering their senses and filtering it into our collective senses. And that's how legends are born.

  11. i disagree in the sense that without yesterday you still have today or else how did we all find ourself in this phenomenon we call life. yes we can go back to my circle theory and say that wihout our ancestors we would not have today because we had no yesterday but like the question of "who's gods god?" it proves that time has no substance, no real value to us because we are mortal and in turn don't exist, at least not in this form which is why i believe in souls and maybe why my avatar is an alien?? when it comes to past present or future because time is god, god is the present we were given that is limitless. this phenomenon that we try to figure out life through is not in the ripple of time but the pebble thrown into the pond and that is why time is connected and the past can be altered. maybe not through time but through distance and the genocide of ideas by revolution. in others words we are thrown into the pond by unknown forces but we have the power to land where we desire because we are healing rocks with a shield around yesterday and tomorrow to never be eroded by the stream of time.

    A.S.

  12. Not really picking up why you say you change the past.. time and space are pretty much one in the same. As you travel through space, you go through changes and those changes are time.. but the chain of cause and effect you experience in spacetime is a one way ticket. You can't change the past, only learn from it today to guide your tomorrow.

I'm already very affectionate - I hug and cuddle and kiss and tell people I love them (and mean it).

A fuck wouldn't encompass all the love that I have for my closest friends, especially if I were to leave. I wouldn't be able to love them if I left.

Well i feel you on a few levels because i have certain people in my life who i have been really close to and somehow being close to too many people at the same time creates webs within societies relationships these days. but i don't een kow how i got into this because ironicaly i don't really care about many people these days. In all honesty i do but it's not as tangible as your cuddling experience or whatever you may be doing. I'm just sort of very attached to certain people in my life. some men some women and i have the occasional experience of conflicting behavior between people but i am not a liar and i like to be up front about my feelings towards people. unless if i REALLY like you or if i'm lusting for you. not sure because honestly i'm not sure if i understand the difference between love and lust at this point. I think it's why my name is Ambivalent Stone. i have a conflicting heart that is thawing as we speak.

</div>when i'm high i like to think that every breath of marijuana i take into my lungs slowly helps thaw a cold heart that doesn't care to satisfy others by opening my mind and letting me put myself into others shoes and understand why the worst is the worst and how i can turn it into the best.

On several occasions I've held a pipe out to someone who I knew doesn't even toke for a good long minute just waiting for him to take it...only to look up and realize who I was trying to pass it to.

Which direction do you pass it though? IMO left is always right. [IMG]

</blockquote>don't fuck with me bro the other day i broke my mothers fan tryna loosen a bolt upside down and i was fucking stoned my ass off edibles and i had to tweek with my fan for about an hour to realize that left is right when you flip over the bolt.

was tryna push the bolt from right to left but it broke my moms fan turned it upside up and the bolt unscrewed perfectly. Always pass the bowl from right to left.

bro bubs i've been getting into this with my whole family and friends i can't comprehend how the circle of life works cuz we are constantly upside down in a mirror, ambivalent. i aint even that high right now this is just me.... i just wouldn't be on GC telling you this if i wasn't high. not sure why this confuses me. other than that the whole bolt vs bowl was just one big pun for fun.

</div>edit- oh and i replaced my moms glass cover with my own...... which in the end is how i learned that an upside down bolt will not loosen if turned to the left because it would be turning right upside up. maybe i'm too high all the time but i have a problem understanding this simple concept because it means life is completely connected in every way in space and we are just pebbles being thrown into a pond of timeless existence.

Special thanks to Greenunit and OOBubsOO for their unbeknownst contribution to a point i was attempting to show.

In conclusion time does not exist on a universal scale so as much as people

the more you change the future which is today the more you change the past because before you know it (just like you were born) life is knocking at your door from all angles and as much as we might not know how to access the past or future in the scale of distance we are given the gift of present which is the key to alleviate depression, anxiety in the first world so we can decrease famine and pestilence in the 3rd world and change the course of mankind into an immortal species that can transcend time and reach a higher level of consciousness.

WHATEVER THE FUCK THAT MAY BE!

  15. It's all words. Without words we wouldnt know what "time" is or even how to "count" "days".
Cause those things wouldn't exist to us.

I hate words, I hate that I can't escape in only thinking in words. Words, communication, a complex language has helped the human progress immensely and also brought out the ugliest parts of our nature.

I hate time as a Concept of words. Because there is no yesterday, tomorrow, or today. Only life, and now. And now requires no words.

  16. Everything you do is immediately becomeing the past. So you can only change the past, by changing what you do, before you do it.

The brain is also a powerful tool. Most of my childhood is suppressed. It doesn't exist to me. My father and mother arent real people to me. This is how I've changed the past.

But sometimes it all comes rushing back, all the emotional trauma. And I remember you can't change THE past. You can only change your own past.

  17. Ok history is in this state of flux constantly repeating mistakes over ad over until eventually it learns and we start to build beliefs, these beliefs are rooted from the past like that game where you transfer a message though multiple people (forgot the name). (telephone maybe?) anyway from these roots our nutrients(elements) being the pebble thrown into our puddle we are created and from there we ripple into not only the future but the present changes the perception(bare with me) of the past, and perception changes action taken forward. Pebbles have been thrown timelessly and they are timeless in any form and parallel universes at that (if you say space and time is one) that's thrown in as nutrients (elements) by changing today your changing tomorrow and by changing tomorrow your changing yesterday. BECAUSE today is the yesterday of tomorrow.

Which is harder than it seems when you're writing a novel, trust me... [IMG]

</div>that's dam hot keep up writing your novel i hope you finish it. your gorgeous so you have that at your advantage but don't let that take away from your writing... i know how you feel sometimes the written word is the only way for me to express myself completely freely and creatively. never written anything close to a novel but respect, now close the deal and make sure to take your time. masterpieces are timeless so time taken to finish them plays no factor in the end product. sort of the ends justifies the means sort of deal. keep it RAwriting

I gotta tell you bro i responded a lot longer response but my computer fucked me and didn't post and i hate that so much when it happens that i have to express it. discouraging every time but i'll try and replicate the original...
Although i feel you, that's why i precisely or vaguely posted that makaveli section from 50:45 - 51:15 because thinking in only words drives me crazy and it's amazing what sound can do. Poetry and music are different ways to think and feel, ones a dance for the body and the other a trance for the mind. that's why it's called music in my opinion because it induces muse which is another form of thought. don't hate words love them for their subtleness and conviction.
i happen to disagree with you because as cliche as it might sound i believe we are all one as a species and each person who changes their past helps change anothers future and that helps change anothers past.

  19. I hate that! The second draft is never as good as the first.

Anyways yea I agree music and dance are a language so far away from words and so Comfortimg.

Im still a bit lost on how you're changing the past by changing someone else's future.

I agree, I Am I, but that doesn't mean we all share the same experiences. The past is as subjective as the present. We all have a different view... But we can't change it.

I have much internal conflict on the reality of reality. But I have also come to the conclusion that everything experienced is reality. And only our view of it changes, from individual to individual, species to species.
