what is the most someone has yielded making bho?

    i once ran a zip of some super good bud and got just over 7 grams. never did better than this.

    Did you winterize or do any form of dewaxing? I can pull nearly a gram or more of fats and waxes out of an oz so my average is around 4g's an oz

    Any time I yield more than 5 or 6g from an oz I feel like I fucked up, wax city and usually full of moisture or something. The best shatter I've run came from stuff that yielded 2 grams per oz but was deadly stable and terpy.

    i always manage 3 grams per oz.....unless im blasting fresh whole plants then all bets are off in terms of yield.

    I use a hybrid method, chilled butane goes into a chilled mason jar, frozen weed is added and that sits in an ice bath for 5 minutes then gets filtered into another chilled jar that sits in the icebath as long as it stays cold or until I see fats separate to the bottom then filter and purge. I might try it with dry ice to see if I can leave it longer and pull out more waxes, I have a giant deep freeze in my garage that might work but I don't want to risk it leaking in there and blowing up or something
