  1. hi guys , i've been smoking weed and ganja for the past two years prety much non stop , and i was happy as a dog untill about a month ago the effects started to were off , i had to smoke alot just to get a litte buzz
i did my research and found out i need a t break
im doing a 4 days break atm , i wish i could go on longer but im having some serios problems ...

i have no hunger at all , cant sleep , feel all sad and depressed and ive been sweeating like a mad man

has any of you guys expetienced this synthoms ? is there anything i can do to overcome them ?

i just want to keep that weed high rolling :)

  2. Never taken a T break personally but all those symptoms sound about right.
I see most people on here say to stay busy to help keep your mind off it. Just find a distraction man.

  3. Exercise really helps with your sleeping and eating problem while on a t break. i took a 2 week t break once, just keep your mind off it and hang with some people who dont smoke for the next couple days.

  4. thx for the tips guys , im gona take some long rides on my bike see if it helps

  5. Indeed it does my man indeed it does.

I just went for a ride this morning as my woman was doing my head in, and im on my second day of t break. technically day 1, since i had the tiniest cone the day before. But eh.

I sweat naturally anyway, However, when on break I most CERTAINLY sweat more lol.
I also do get a bit short tempered as I am so used to being high and still doing my daily. So yeah, completely understand my man.

The bike ride will help, i find earphones, a pushy, a hill, and some nice scenery you will get home, and as long as you dont jump straight on GC you will be fine lol.

Hell im browsing it today, but you and me both are in the exact same boat, ive probably been smoking 3 years straight. So yeah, we can do this mate. I plan to take a week - 2 weeks, depending on how i go. lol we can do it together?

also checkout my grow :p ill take pics today, im second week in flower!

Those symptoms are common for everyday smokers but they go away after a few days. It gets easier by the day.

  7. I usually don't get any of those symptoms, I do, however, get bored as fuuuck. [IMG]

  8. Yeah me too ...and them sleepless nights, booze helps, but its not as much fun!

  9. Exercise is really good while on a tbreak it helps with the sleep and boredom. I had to take a t break not cause i wanted to but things were dry as heck where I'm from in PA . it took only about three days before everything was becoming enjoyable again without it. Everyone knows days go by easier when u have Mary Jane to hang with.

  10. So much for my break. Mates bought me some super dank haha. Sorry man. Willing to try again haha

  11. day 2 of break, this time its fo real shizzle mah nizzle.

  12. Day three. Slight insomnia. Probably caused by a cold/flu coming on... I always feel my immune system works brilliant if I smoke and shit if I don't. So third day is easier that's for sure. But feeling sick Suck's.
