Light related stress

  1. Hello, I know that light leaks during dark period can cause hermis, my question is about the opposite of that scenario I had a very late wake up as in I missed my 7am dawn and couldn't get the lights on until 2pm should I cut the lights off at 6pm like normal or what.

  2. Just go back to you're normal schedule and you'll be fine......put you're lights on a timer. It's going to get really old really fast revolving you're life around turning lights on and off

  3. Awesome lights are back off and schedule is resumed I actually started them on my work schedule so wake up and swith on and switch off as soon as I get home. Since I'm a few weeks in flower I'm starting to cut back the light period by about 20 min each week to kinda simulate winter coming

  4. I would just flip them. This will only drag on the flowering period. Even just flipping them they don't instantly go into flower. I don't see what you're doing as harmful, just unnecessary
