Pretty much anything put out by MF Doom is real talk, although it's more vague and you have to really examine the lyrics because he uses so much imagery. Definately my favorite lyricist of all time, infinitely layered, I always find something new even after listening to a song a hundred times.
I think to ultimately define the real, we have to definitively define the unreal and that has not really been done yet.. Why? Because the unreal artists might do some real shit behind the scenes. Your perception betrays you.
