Hi guys I'm new to this forum so hear me out if I sound like a retard. I've got a spare room in which I'm setting up to grow weed. I've already bought the grow tents, lights, ventilation and basically everthing I'll need. The grow tent is 2 x 2 x 2 and has 2 x 600 watt grow lights. Below I'm going to make a list of questions and even if you can just help to answer one of them I'd be greatful Is it worth adding an extra light to my tent or would that be overkill? I'm thinking of growing 2 xxl yield plants per light, is this a good idea? (People in Australia) What seed bank have you had most luck with? I'm thinking about buying from Attitude seed bank but not sure. What could I expect to yield growing 4 plants using 2 x 600 watt lights, specifically using XXL yield seeds. Should I keep the exhaust on 24/7 ? I've heard people say on the internet that heat detecting helicopters won't detect any heat if it's well ventilated, but couldn't they still see the heat given off by the lights? What's the most amount of 600 watt lights I could use (Not talking about in this tent specifically) without my electricity use raising any red flags? And lastly has anybody on here grown with generators before? If so how cost effective and reliable are they? Thanks in advance
Well hello. Bong blazer. 1st off . I think 2 x 600s are just right if you have your ventilation working properly. I get four under each at 2 zips usually per plant.I would invest in a controller with a thermostat if you want to control temps better . Good quality silent fans too , don't buy the cheap stuff .you will regret it in the long run. As for seed banks, I've had good success with bonza , herbies. I wouldn't worry about heat detecting choppers. There usually already onto you if there doing that.It does raise the bill up a bit , you will have fans blowing air around the room as well .
