To bad that looks like a nice producer with some vigorous growth, I wonder how it will smoke. Looks like a keeper from here.
Thanks man. I'm not taking any chances, so I'm not only going to dry, but cure as well. I've read that makes it smell and smoke so much smoother. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
Trichuk! I got a 40x loop with white led and black Light delivered today. Seems they are all still clear. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
Yes, my Grape Apes do turn purple... It happens at the very end, at least for me. It would have purpled up some more if I would have let it go longer, perhaps a day or two, but I had flushed them probably a bit too early so we could have a 3 generation trim party during the holidays. Here are a couple of pics just before I harvested my first Grapes. I had 2 Grapes and one Northern. The grapes completely pushed the Northern out of the light and took over. You can kind of see the deficiencies and the color changing here... I also grew some Grapes on my last grow (Hell Grow), but I battled PM and equipment failures and room floods and just wound up harvesting early. I have some going now though and so far its looking awesome! Cold temps will also produce some purple leaves etc... but my room never gets colder than 64 when the lights are off.
Okay good to know. Our Temps are the same. I can't believe the vigor and growth of theses plants. Very bushy, very hearty. Glad to know it will purple if I let it do it's thing. What is your typical flower time? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
I harvested those right around day 58 or 59, but I would like to see them go to perhaps day 63? It's hard to say. This will be my first full grow, using all the lights and all the plant spaces with all the equipment I need in the room. So far, the grow is going well, so we shall see! /r ~GHG
Thanks for the reply. I was told early on the flower time was between 57-63 days, seems your answer is on par with that. I got a loop so I should be able to monitor the trichomes and adjust from there. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
Molasses at about five weeks in to your flower stage is a good idea. It puts weight on your bud. Use 1 table spoon per 1 gal of water or feed. Use unsulfured molasses. Do some research on it.
Got a little update for ya... Okay, a big update, or at least a lot of pictures! Check it out. How am I doing? See anything that I should be aware of? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk Will do this. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
Thank you man! As I've said before, you have been an integral part of this grow! I feel like I've taken it seriously, I'm doing whatever I can to make sure they are happy, and they seem to be Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
Thanks man. You took it seriously and that's why your getting a serious pay off! But I don't want you to think it's all clear sailing from here. Your going to still have to flush dry and cure...a lot can happen still so stay on your toes.
