  1. that's what happened at first but the nanners are back now on monk S and monk2.

I'm hyped for next year to run a bunch of the leb27s lol plants without problems are great.

  2. Nice. I'm trying to run a bunch of GG#4 right now. Getting some more cuts soon. Going to be packed in my room.

  3. Right on! I got to smoke some GG4 at hempfest! A friend of mine got some from a collective. It was reallly sticky! Have you had any luck with the mites? I read on your thread the other day all the hard work you've been doing to clean everything!

  4. Well, I see no signs of damage yet so it's looking good but still too early to tell. The steam sanitizer will really help with making it quick to clean just by wiping it down. I can put it so it blows steam on my pumice sip to kill any algae or bugs in there. I bet it would go down a couple inches at least. Steam my smart pot sides maybe. Probably test that with one plant first though. The stylet oil mixed with azamax is working well for me right now.

How's your aphids? Get a chance to transplant yet?

  5. that's good I hope it all works out for ya those things are literally evil! Ive never heard of steam sanitizers for this purpose that's cool.

The aphids are under control I think they're all dead since the clover is almost completely dead now. Once I'm sure I'll top dress with fresh VC amended with neem karanja kelp and crab and then some clover seed and then covered with leaf mold mulch.

  6. Closet time!

  8. thanks case! I'm loving the leb haha its so chunky but the actual buds don't seem to be super dense. Im afraid there's gonna be a whole bunch of seeds in her. Oh well! Check out the coloring on this somango #2 and #3. Last round it was much more vibrant but I think I was having some issues with nitrogen being unavailable or something.

Somango #3 fan leaves turn yellow then get red hues in the middle of the blades it's hard to capture on camera though. 1440872737945.jpg

  11. Plants are lookin great D! You got bud all over the place!

  12. thanks 3D! I love having flowers everywhere hahaha. I'm so excited for next year's outdoor already! I swear I'm gonna grow a 10ft tall monster next year hahaha.

  13. You know I'll be tuning in to catch that beast!

  14. haha you better!! And then grow your own 10 ft beast to match me lmao. Are you gonna do outdoor next year again? I was just on your thread I forgot you lived in Arizona. What's the temperatures like there in the winter? It could be possible to do winter outdoor even if it's warm enough! Though I've heard in desert climates it's hot as hell during the day and cold nippin at night!

  15. So I got the monk S and leb27v2 all trimmed up and weighed. Very very low yield. Its alright though better than nothing. 6 grams total for the monk S and 24 grams for the leb. The leb also had a bit of mold in the big nug :( I haven't had a single big nug mold free in so long... I only lost about a gram though but I still had to cut up the large nug. I found the mold after I took this pic 1441830069851.jpg

Also i harvested the big nugs off of the somango #2 on the right side. The leaves were changing color a lot on these and when that happens they end up drying up and crumbling away and I think that could become a mold issue? So I removed all those and have them hanging. Praying I don't get mold in these buds since they're pretty large and dense. Last run the #2 was the only one to be not affected by mold or maybe I lost a couple grams I forget so hopefully I'll pull through. 1441830226703.jpg

In the drying room I have a fan on low oscillating and the dehumidifier on set to 45%. The temp humidity monitor reads high of 55% low of 45%. Maybe I should set it even lower?

  16. Total bummer on the mold man. My heart still sags when I think of my last moldy harvest.

55gal black drums filled with water will help keep temps warm during the night and cooler during the day. Thermal mass FTW!

  17. I've had mold to some degree it seems every harvest now for like two years  it's probably because I have carpet and also live in the pnw and I don't have a real drying room it's a spare room with things in it. So it's not like clean and empty..

I'm glad to have only lost a little bit though! If I hadn't caught it in the large nug when I did I definitely could have lost the entire thing. I'm still surprised though because this strain should be pretty mold resistant. At least it didn't get anything when growing!

I think I should maybe cut up the large nugs I have hanging of somango#2 as a further precaution. Its better to have smaller nugs with no mold than one big nug despite how much I love bigger nugs.

Yaaa I've seen those drums a lot on the internet. I might get one or two to put in the greenhouse during fall and winter. I wanna try a early spring crop this year also!

There's a couple days of nice sun. I took out everything from my room, scrubbed it down and then brought it back inside. Then I steam cleaned carpets and bleached windows. Window sills hide mold well.

If you steam cleaned your carpet and wiped it down with bleach, some fresh new clones and you'll have a great harvest I bet! That mold is only going to grow and get worse.

Coot was telling someone to use a high quality EWC but the person makes his own so I dunno. I had moldy plants until I started growing in soil organically so I think it has something to do with that. My ventilation used to suck donkey balls but I never had mold. I think plant health helps a lot to form the shiny lipid layers on the leaves to help protect. After two years of moldy plants don't you think an investment of a couple days to spring clean would be worth it?

  19. I believe the plants he just took down (with the mold) were outdoor plants. But a little spring cleanin is never a bad thing!

  20. I didn't realize. Oops!
