Hey Guys, First time grower here so any and all advice is greatly appreciated! Set up. Veg Tent 2x3x5 tent 1 120 watt full spectrum led 4 100 watt cfl right now it has 3 buckets in it but it will normally only have 2 3.5 gallon buckets with 2 airstones per bucket no intake or exhaust will eventually buy and exhaust fan for this tent 24 hour on Flower tent 4x4x8 gorilla tent 1000 watt Air cooled hps 4 inch intake fan 6 inch exhaust fan /carbon filter 4 5 gal buckets with 2 airstones each 12/12 so far everything has been going pretty good, no real problems, first plant is moving into flowering on tuesday.

Update Flowering room just got up and running I have both tents connected to keep the veg tent from getting to hot. 4 inch intake on the flowering room temp seems to be holding pretty steady Veg is temp 84 h 55 Flower temp 83 no humidity inside yet Both are too hot If this set up can't cool down a little bit I'm gonna have to get a bigger intake fan and put the 4 in back on my veg tent. Any suggestions for cooling these tents off other then buying new fans? I'm pretty much out of money after setting up the flowering tent
The 98 stretched from 18 inches to 36 inches. The Obama stretched from 13 inches to 32 inches before I had to take it outside
No matter what I did. Fans full blast , cracking the bottom zipper and vents on the tent. With the ballast at 600 it wouldn't drop below 84.7 degs. Dropped it down to 400. Got it down to 81. So looks like I'm gonna leave it here till I can't get co2 and make the 85 acceptable. Night time temps are tbd. Since night will be during the day I'm hoping It won't get too cold. My house is on the cooler side
I have a 400 watt mh/hps my temps are 82H 75L and humidity 30-50%. I'm in a 2.7x2.7x5.2ft tent with 2 6in Ventech can fans and one Wal-Mart 6in clip on fan And my ballast is outside of the tent, along with all plugs, power strips, and anything electrical besides the actually lamp
Yeah I think I'm gonna have to move the electrical outa the tent just need to find room for it. I'd like to be running on at least 600 eventually but we will see how it goes at 400. Night time temps holding steady around 75. Still need to get a humidity monitor for the flower room. What were your ppms at with the Obama In flowering? Mine seems to be liking a pretty mild amount of nutes bumped it up to about 400 just before flowering and it started showing signs of nute burn
I don't have a tds meter yet, just oredered one of amazon. I plan on doing dwc next for the first time. The first couple weeks the Obama used half strength nutes, in till week 3. Now she's using double strength of everything. She's day 71, she's gonna be a monster when she starts flowering
It's my first grow in 3 years plus first time using a bottle nutrient regimine. I've only used freebies in the past and never put money into my grows until I this one for both in and outdoors
That Obama looks great! I'm starting to bump up now that I'm in flowering. But I'm all ways on the cautious side when it comes to mixing nutes
From what every grower will say, less is more. So if ur plant isn't showing deficiencies just try a lil bit more or stay where you're at.
I think I use so much cause it's in a 10 gallon and just booming I can't wait to see your flowers, I've been trying to find pics of them on here for so long lol
Me too this is my first real grow. Last time I did this I ended up with hermies due to a light leak/poor preparation. This time around I've been working really hard to get everything perfect
wait till you start flowering the bubba. I'm on day 30 from the 12/12 flip the nugs are massive compared to the gsc flowering the same amount of days. Just the nug development was so fast and the smell is beautiful. Im gonna grow this strain again next time. I wanna scrog the pre 98, the yield would be massive
