Ehh. Idk these games are a little basic for me, imo. Don't like the cut out path and easy combat. Maybe this one will be better
Pre-order/retailer exclusives & season pass are ridiculous. Im still excited for the game though. Not so much the season pass since thats basically the industry standard as long as its additional content and not cut and after pasted.
You don't play the witcher, do you? Cuz its essentially the same concept when its comes to combat. Button mashing, dodging, counter attacks. But fun as fuck And theres plenty of sidequests and shit to do in arkham knight, u get the whole city

Lol yeah, I play the witcher. Pop in that thread, pretty sure anyone will tell you the combats vastly different. But hey, like I said, maybe this installment will be dope.
How is it vastly different? U hack and slash with your sword then maybe throw in the occasional magic or crossbow. Its pretty easy and straightforward combat to master
I think you might want to go back and play batman again lol. The combat is not the same. In arkham batman can be fighting a dude then jump 15 feet and start pounding on another dude then jump another 15 feet to another goon. also Bruce Wayne apparently acquired a form of "spidey sense" that tells you precisely when to counter.
This game is gonna be the tits! Love all 3 of the other Arkham games. This one looks bigger and better. Gonna be a dream come true for Batman fans.
All the games are fun and I thoroughly enjoyed Arkham Asylum. I'll definitely be getting this just not at first

I don't care if people don't like the bat mobile controls it's the fuckin bat mobile , be happy. Also getting to play as Red Hood is gonna be fuckin awesome.

i was lucky i built a new pc cause my gpu came with witcher and batman. the hard part is deciding which to play.
loving it so far. It anticipates that you have played the other Arkham games because there are no combat tutorials, but that is fine with me, as a veteran. And John Noble rules as the Scarecrow! Perfect choice!
Honestly it looks great, but I need to beat the first three games before I commit to it. I already have them, it's just a backlog issue.
