    Its expensive just to check out a friend is going up there from CA to look at a property and just to go with his FAM is almost 4grand

    The property he is buying is 5 grand

    You have to have residence for 2 years even then price changes from the pipe line.

    If you can live off grid and have a healthy body to work almost 24/7 its worth it.

    For me with kids my FAM needs electricity and with my back getting worse it almost seems impossible.

    does anyone on with the GC app? When I try to connect all it says is connecting to server and will stay like that for hours.


    I'm on the website right now and its super slow wtf is going on with GC?


    I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled nothing works :(
