Denver Recreational Dispensaries worth the drive?

Discussion in 'General' started by JurassicWorld4Me, May 30, 2015.

  1. I am taking a road trip to Colorado next week, and I was wondering which city has the best recreational dispensaries. I have tried the product from several stores in Pueblo, but I was wondering if it was worth the extra drive to get to Denver or Boulder to get higher quality bud.

If any of you have been to several dispensaries, which ones do you recommend?

    Thanks for your help!

I live in Denver and I like the dispensaries we have here. I just went today actually and paid med prices, $25 1/8, at my favorite shop downtown.

I've been to a couple in Boulder and they are good but they seem to be more expensive. Top shelf up there can go for 50-60 bucks, while in the city you'll be hard pressed to find it for more than 40.

  3. Thanks, Sundevil. I'll definitely make the extra drive into Denver before heading out west to Ouray.

I've heard good things about the following dispensaries, what are your thoughts/suggestions:

    Frosted Leaf
    The Green Solution
    Native Roots
    Starbuds

I'm looking for highest quality flower and concentrate, less worried about the price. I figure it's vacation, and I might as well splurge while I'm away from home.

I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

  4. Leaving in a couple of days for my vacation, and I was wondering if anyone had any more suggestions.

Any input would be much appreciated!

    Thanks.

  5. Well Just because your on vacation doesn't mean you should splurge and spend extra money when you don't need to.....you may which you had that extra $50 the next week lol
have fun on Your trip. I want to drive to Colorado also. hopefully one of these days. I went to Wichita yesterday and I thought about driving the extra six hours lol.
Also be careful leaving the state, as the cops in surrounding states target people leaving co.

  6. I am traveling to Denver this Thanksgiving and I was hoping to be able to try some medical weed. I was hoping someone could recommend a shop that sells CBD heavy marijuana with low THC. I have chronic back pain and head aches, but I do not generally enjoy the sensation of getting high, and I feel most weed is too powerful for me. So if anyone knows somewhere that sells this, or if it is common for all shops to offer, please let me know. Any general recommendations on shops would be a good thing. We're flying into Denver then headed to the mountains for a bit, if it makes a difference on location.

    Thanks!

  7. I like The Farm in Boulder. I hate going to Denver so I will pay extra. They have great quality and always have something at $100 half
