Fearless

  1. "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you <i>not</i> to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others." ~ Marianne Williamson

But speaking of which, Meddle is one of the  all time best for those end of night unmentionables moments...good times...Little candlelight, smoke, that album, and someone to hold in between.

What it is, as best as I can tell, is a spontaneous synchronistic display of artistry straight out of the chaos, which combines Pink Floyd's "Echoes" with a scene from the movie 2001: A Space Odyssey, which is a movie that, ultimately, expresses the process of the alchemical transformation of the human soul.

How could something possibly get more EPIC than that?!?!

The Pompeii version of this song in the ancient Roman amphitheater and all the statues and the lava flows, truly "God-like".

I really enjoy artistry that has the ability to perturb the mind and gets people to question their foundational beliefs. That one hit the nail on the head because it's such a SIMPLE thought experiment to try, which means there's a lot of potential for many people to consciously progress by that kind of simple information sharing. The Internet is still a relatively "new" communication medium and I don't think we can grasp or appreciate the affect it is having on our species because, like a fish is to water, we are IN IT, experiencing it in real time day to day and I think it's easy to take it for granted. But it is artists' like Quantic, who have something they want to share, be it a vision or a thought or an emotion, or a combination of them, who I think CAN grasp and appreciate the potential available to effect many, many people and expose them to points of view about reality that they might not be receiving from the mainstream points of view. When you have something to share that cannot be expressed merely with WORDS, the Internet is a communication medium that gives you more options. I at times have done some little "information tours" of my own and I've found that you can really have fun with it if you have something that requires more than words to express. And MUSIC is a huge part of that. IMAGES are too. But even just with words, I've found myself sometimes really having to sequence them in funny ways in order to convey the thought. So I would think of these sequences of thoughts (words), and emotions (images and music) in order to convey an IDEA in a way that speaks to both sides of a person's brain, so that their intuitive thought processes are working in a synthesized relationship with their logical thought processes toward a common point of view.

So yeah, that's what I did. And I'm pretty sure most of the folks on my Facebook leg of the little "information tour" thought I had gone nuts or something. [IMG]

But as long as a few of 'em were picking up what I was putting down, it was ALL worth it. [IMG]

This band was referenced many times on the tour because of the many emotions that their songs carry and how well they matched to the experience of it all...and this song, when I first heard it, was received by me as a very deep answer to a very deep question I had at the time...

Yeah, there's both sides to THAT coin...Media is a huge influence in the world....wish it was mostly for expansion, but seems to be mostly in tweets and ISL recruitment...and Taylor Swift....*sigh*

eh, there's always two sides...huh....just a damn bit frustrating about this here plane of existence...  [IMG]...Can try to balance it out with our own is all, hmmm?  There's plenty of the good and I'm glad to even be conscious enough of it to realize what's out there [IMG]

Speaking of which...great ending to the vid...very dramatic sounding music...yes. What was your deep question at the time and your answer to it if you please....[IMG]

In a land like ours where logic reigns supreme and is seen as the only way to truth and reason, intuition gets abused. The media and commercial and corporate advertisers are fully aware of this and because of the general populations ignorance toward intuition, it allows the profiteers to manipulate peoples' intuition to play upon peoples desires and convince them of buying stuff they don't need, or to buy into political agendas that prey upon the same ignorance. The good news is that the general populations ignorance is trending towards becoming more aware, thanks to the INTERNETS! And only awareness growth can topple that kind of influence.

Yeah, the only thing we can control is what we chose to pay attention to. That is free will in a nutshell. I think the vast majority of people want to do well by their fellow brothers and sisters but it is the small and very dominant minority of the elite that cultivates and engineers our social systems, and I think it's taking people time right now to come to greater realizations about how the world being presented by these cultivators and engineers is very much illusionary.

Well the question I asked was a simple "Who are you?" And when I first heard that song, it hit my intuition like a left hook. It was like BAM! WE ARE THE SYNCHRONIZERS. It immediately put my mind into an ecstatic state.

Now the context of why I asked that question was something that had built up over the course of about 3 years as I had detected an anomalous "social structure" on-line at a particular forum I had frequented. The detection was based upon behavioral patterns between particular members at this site and upon their interactions with me and how they were effecting my character formation, emotions and awareness.

This particular site is a fringe site that is rumored to be associated with The Tavistock Institute, based out of England, which is a group of people who work in the fields of human psychology, social study and engineering. In the site disclaimer it is disclosed that posters on there are in fact participating in roll playing. They do not disclose what the motivations of these "roll players" are though.

I've never witnessed a UFO. I don't see orbs. I don't see auras around people. Never have seen a ghost. But the amount of sheer synchronicity I experienced on that site, and ones based off of experiences on that site, is unbelievable to me. I'm still coming to terms with many of those events. They are still sinking into my understanding of things. So much so that synchronicity has sort of become a language I have learned or am still in the process of learning between myself and everything that is not myself (environment). So one day on that site the synchronicities became so intense and the interactions and observations became so intense that I could no longer contain myself and I openly asked on one of my threads "Who are you?!?!!"

Thanks for that track. I added it to my library. : )

  11. Indeed, sounds interesting...I have experienced periods of extreme synchs...and the world can get real strange real quick...It makes you realize how little we TRULY know what reality is or should be....at least that is what it taught me [IMG] . I came to understand that the majority is not meant to know, tbh. Call me crazy <shrug> I know for damn sure I'd rather be crazy and know what I (think) I know...than to be straight. When you're in that constant synch state, all reality changes...haha..I love it but at the same time it's pretty unsettling...I mean, shit, when you think/do something and your environment responds to that in a split second...just holy shit...it's amazing. Least that is what it was like for me for weeks at a time at some points. They still happen, but I take those more as 'signs' now than synchs...still great when it happens though.

And maybe an appropriate question would have been 'What are you?'  [IMG]  That reminds me of a little story I should post.

Lovely song...love the change that comes in there. As for the one I posted...nothing says open windows, coffee, some smoke, and sandalwood incense in the morning quite like that one.
