I just got this new vape for dry herbs wax and eliquids. There are two different pieces to connect depending on what your smoking. I fully charger the piece and noticed that the piece thats supposed to heat up just isnt doing that. Its brand new and its my first time having/using one of these. If anyone can help itd be much appreciated. this is a pic of whats supposed to be heating up. does stuff actually go in there because it looks more like what you screw the battery into. regardless if its charged and the unit it on, if the coil doesn't heat up, you got a busted atomizer. i would contact wherever you got it or the company to let them know. from looking at it i have no idea which one that is, assuming a no name one but could be wrong.
