  1. So , for some reason nowhere i can find out how to use CBD oil en what the effects are?

    - How do you use it?
    - What are the effects after using it?

  2. Generally you vape or eat it, has a wide range of effects from treating cancer to epilepsy. If your looking to get high, probably not gunna notice much.

  3. It deff is supposed to chill you out a lot though

Note: not all of these effects have been proven to be effective in humans.

I use it in edibles or in cannabis lotion or salve. It's good for pain relief. I think it's better for pain and nausea when it's used with THC and other components of the plant than on its own. But for times when you can't be high but still need some pain relief, it's a wonderful thing.

  5. CBD doesn't have the ability to create any sense of "intoxication", so you can't "feel" it working. It works with your body to help stablize all the other systems in your body. If things are going too slowly, CBD helps "speed it up"; if things are going too quickly, then CBD "slows it down". Of course that's a huge over-simplification of how it works, but you get the idea? The reason it works with epilepsy is that it calms down the neurons that have been over-firing, over-agitated.

The only physical effects you may feel from taking CBD is that of sleepiness. For that reason, many people take it before they go to bed. It seems to work like melatonin ... you just get sleepy. But, you can build up a tolerance if you stay on the same strain/product for a long time. You have to switch strains/products for a while to re-set the tolerance levels.

In the long run, CBD can help with anxiety and depression. I haven't had to use any anti-depressants since using CBD - and I'd been on anti-depressants for ever. Generally, I just feel "well". And that's good enough for most folks.

If you have a serious condition, like Crohn's Disease, CBD can help considerably. You didn't mention any serious conditions. This is not a recreational drug.
