my grinder releases aluminium dust

    Hi guys!
    I'm asking you again about a strange thing that is happening me. I have an aluminium grinder, quite expansive, that is really beautiful. 
    But i discovered something: it releases strange aluminium dust when is grinding, on my hand. 
    Is it something that i need to worry about?

    thats not safe at all, you dont want to smoke or inhale aluminum particles. im sure you dont want alzheimers


    if i were you id throw it away and look at some quality name brand grinders. sharpstone is cheap and quality, space case is expensive, but is heavy duty. look online, but stay away from really cheap chinese garbage

    Get a new grinder, preferably not one you get from a gas station

    What brand of grinder is it?
    Get a new one either way. Don't buy overpriced headshop grinders as they are usually fake and cheaply made.

    Had my Chromium Crusher for 3 or 4 years now and never had any shit grind off. Amazon $20.

    Smoking aluminum will not cause alzheimers. This was a conclusion made in the 60s, they dissected the brains of alzheimer patients and found a higher concentration of aluminum in the brain. Then people jumped to the conclusion that it's caused by ingesting or smoking aluminum but no actual relation between the two is proven. This doesn't mean that smoking aluminum isn't harmful, but it sure as hell won't give you alzheimers

    Had this happen to me. Had a 30$ grinder and after a few months every time i'd grind my bud i'd find little silver pieces of metal throughout the bud. Just buy a new grinder or use scissors for the time being.
