1st grow, assortment of problems....

1. So I'm super new to this and decided to jump in and I'm sure I've made mistakes.  I started from seed and getting them started in soil indoors.  Going to grow outdoors and was planning to put them outside here in a couple weeks.  Some of my seedlings look great (I think) but on a few of them I'm seeing droopy leaves (feel kind of crispy) with brown/purple spotting.  I didn't have a soil pH tester at the time of planting, but I got a digital soil pH meter after the fact and tested the soil mix I had leftover - it read 7.0 (it fluctuated between 7.0 and 7.3 but settled on 7.0 after 60 seconds).  Using distilled water.  Got the FoxFarm Grow Big fertilizer but haven't fed them all yet (I fed a couple of the sickly looking ones 2 days ago with a really diluted mix to see if they would perk up).    Can you help tell me what's wrong with the bad ones?  And if the good ones actually look as good as I think they do?  I feel I should have researched a LOT more, but sometimes you just gotta jump in and learn by doing :)

All of the cups have a single 0.75 inch drain hole on the bottom.  A lot of them seem to be doing nicely, but a couple look droopy with purplish spots and a couple look small/stunted with curled down fan leaves and/or fan leaves with yellow tips.  The ones that had yellow tips were yellow before I gave them the Fox Farm mix so I know it wasn't caused by that – can you look at the pics and let me know what you think?  Do they look overwatered or is it an obvious nutrient deficiency of some sort? I also included a size comparison pic so you can see a good one versus one that is tiny and stunted - what would cause this??  I wanted to put them outside within the next two weeks anyway, do you think they will make it as-is until then?  I figured Mother Nature can help with the rest....if these guys can make it to that point.

water less

3. for sure water kills more plants than anything don't love them so much,,when the cup is real lite water them  ,then water with a mild fert dose of 100 PPM or so then build up from their, and I would use distilled or ro water until you can get a handle on it

4. Over watering and not enough airaition. If this is your first grow you should start way smaller. Not 40 seedlings lol.
