  1. So I have my seedlings in roots organics soil..was wondering if anyone had used this soil with success..the bag has plently of the amendments I see in these super soil and no till soil already added such as

    Coco fiber
    Peat moss
    Perlite
    Pumice
    Composted virgin material
    Worm castings
    Bat guano
    Kelp meal
    Fish bone meal
    Soybean meal
    Greensand
    Alfalfa meal

Says no additional ingredients are nessesary but some plants may benefit from additional nutrition
The soil came with organic liquid nutes Buddha grow 2,.25,1.5 and Buddha bloom .5,2,1

I also have ewc and some happy frog all purpose fertilizer 5,5,5 I bought those with canna Terra professional plus..since it was in need of amendments

It has a lot of the amendments roots already comes with.. I imagine eventually the soil depletes its present nutes..and will need a boost especially in flower..

Soon anyone have any experience with either soils or the nutirnts I have? I don't want my next grow to have pH problems and mute lockout like I did buying poor compost perlite and poor organic soil with time release ferts..it messed up my feedings and effected my yield I think I could have had bigger autos

roots organic 707? can last a long time without nutes. Once the leaves turn light green you know the nitrogen is running out and will need to top dress at that point.

  3. if your wanting to run an organic soil and be adding amendment's why dont you just start your own living supersoil?

  4. Because the soil mixes require a lot of materials time and money to make..

Why make it when this has the same benefits ?

  5. You can make an awesome soil mix for under $70 but ya i guess roots is cheaper if you dont have the money. Anyways just make sure u get enough soil to transplant after veg.

  6. Lol yeah I got two 1.5 cu ft bags..it'll be enough for what I got going
