    So i listen to metal/rock that kind of thing, and i want to branch out and guve other genres a chance. Does anybody listen to anything that isnt metal thats great while high?

    Anything besides metal and rock is garbage and is not worth listening to

    i love metal and hard rock bands but when i toke up kanye west is the best. Just listen to the life of pablo, its thw best high album ever

    Anybody who put out music in the 50s & 60s is good to get a nice high with

    If you like ambient stuff, I'll strongly emphasize Tim Hecker. You just have to sort of sit and space out to his music.

    Raggaes has some good vibes as well.
    Steel pulse, Ziggy Marley, the whailers etc

    As a metalhead myself I know the feeling. When not listening to black metal or other styles of metal (mostly black metal though) I am usually listening to synthwave, synthpop, 50s pop, 80s pop, jazz, blues, grunge, shoegaze, and dreampop.
