I'm looking to do a 48/48/72 grow tent and I'd like to do 600 watt at minimum ... I have been searching for the cheapest price stuff but haven't been as successful as some of you guys have way more knowledge than me Thanks , Tat2
I like Amazon for inexpensive HID lights. Haven't used cfls or LED lights. They also have reasonable tent prices. Good luck with your grow.
i have been looking into that as well cause it is way cheaper but I'm crazy worried about smell so I may just go with a tent
Its the same thing minus the mylar which wont help for smell anyway you build it tight throw some velcrow zippers on it and cut your holes for vents intake and carbon filter but you can get a hydrofarm tent 4by4by7 for about 200 so price out material vs tent go whatwith makes sense
What do you guys think about this site ? Seems like some good deals and I can go hydro if I do some diy work with the buckets and air pumps ... Lights seem like a great deal for the 1000 watt HPS http://www.urbansunshine.com Phone Post 3.0

didnt include name brand lights... tent expand options inline fan filter and everything else to the cooling with no thermo.
My way is still cheaper even if you bought the other items not included lol 200 for a 1000 w is way too much and in that small of a tent heat would be a killer with 1k ....
Dont worry. He argues with everyone and always trys to make himself look superior. Ignore em. His way will be better no matter what
1000 watts is not overkill in a 4'x4' tent. Most 1000 watt lights ive seen on the market suggest a 4'x4' footprint. I personally would want an air cooled hood/ correct ventilation, cool intake air and possibly a 7' tall tent. Although a 6' would work fine
