I like to make a wet batter, and a dry batter for my chicken. Wet batter - milk, beat eggs, a little hot sauce. Dry batter - AP flour, salt, pepper, and whatever else. i normally add a cajun seasoning. I dip the chicken into the wet, then the dry, then back into the wet, then back into the dry, then i place them in the fridge for ten minutes beore deep frying. soooo gooooddddddd Its basically fried armored chhicken.
