You can get away with it but for the price I would find something taller. Perhaps someone here has this similar setup and can give you some advice.
Is there a reason you have to have it so small? Are you any sort of DIY'er? Is stealth an issue This thing is beyond a ripoff!!! It is only 13"x16" until you really have it in front of you it is hard to fully understand how small that is! Even so if that is the size space you have to work with you still could make one of these yourself in 1 day for a lot less that $465.00(cost of the small box in your post). Also the one in your post doesn't have a real carbon filter and once your plant starts flowering you will smell it so if stealth is an issue forget it! I love how they compare that little LED to a 400w HPS..LIES! All the hydro stuff that some with it is a joke as you would NEVER be able to do 6 plants in that box.If you would be able to make it yourself you could do a little box like this for about $225. The plywood sheet from Lowes or Home Depot and they will cut it for FREE to the sizes you need. A Mars Hydro LED $80 off eBay, PC fans and power supply $37 off eBay and everything else at the local Lowes or Home Depot. Here is a picture of my stealth cabinet I made. It started as a 36" unfinished oak sink base cabinet from Home Depot. It has a 4" HV fan and a real 12" carbon filter, Mars Hydro 300w LED. I modified the front doors to be one removable door with hidden magnetic locks. I added 12" to the top for extra height. The total size inside is 34"x23"41". It is stained to match the rest of the furniture in my bedroom. I have less than $550 in it to build. At the end of the day it's all about what you need, want and can do. If you are stuck with a very small area and can't build something then your options are limited but if you can do a little DIY or have someone that can help you I feel you can do much more with less money and in the end be much happier.
The problem with a little box like this is that with LST'ing you need room to the sides as you lay the plant down and you just won't have the space.
It's about $150 worth of low quality growing equipment that they are selling for $515. Not worth it in my opinion.

It's the same as the first ....a major ripoff. Like I asked before do you have a cordless drill, a ruler and a pencil? Because that is about all you would need to make this yourself for a fraction of the price. Also is STEALTH an issue for you to grow? If so those boxes you listed will NOT hide the smell once in flower. Are you stuck with a space only 16"x16"? If not how big can you go?
I got a 3x3x6 tent for 89 bucks a 400watt hid for 135 and a 6" exhaust fan filter combo for 110 those growboxes are a rip off
