i have have my first piss test june 2nd 2015. I stopped smoking roughly 14 days prior to june 2nd and i dont know if ill pass. My question is if i met my probation officer a month prior to june 2nd and she asked me when i last smoked and i said recently and she gave me till june 2nd for my first piss test (im assuming that means she expects me to be clean?) yet im a chronic smoker and even if i wouldve quit i still might not pass with a full 30 days is she going to count this as having violated probation if i dont pass even though she never gave me an initial test meaning this is my first piss test ever. Any and all responses mean alot im scared im not going to pass and my life is gonna be alot worse.

Im pretty sure a lot of people on this forum are chronic smokers as well, but if it means your life and well being (going to jail etc) you gotta take control of it now.
About all I have to say is don't try to cheat the system...the system will win. You can save yourself a ton of problems later on if you cooperate NOW! If you don't care to cooperate, then you will have to accept the consequences. Just my two cents...why ruin it for later on? It will! Get your butt clean and jump through their hoops. It's not too difficult to understand. You can keep pushing the legal system, but they bite when provoked....keep your head down and get through this! You'll be glad you did! Dominoes continue to fall and full legalization, IMHO, is on the horizon...don't wreck it for yourself! Consider it a TB and move on! Better days ahead once you're through this...... I tested positive 2 months after my court date.. I never smoked after my court date. I got tested right when I got put on probation also and she said since I was a chronic user she expected it to stay in my system a little longer, but your thc levels can't go up at all they must decrease every test and soon enough you'll be clean
Why would you risk it? I spent five years locked up and another two years on paper and never once did I piss dirty! I am not going back over that. Now twenty years later I haven't changed my life much but I don't deal with others anymore just myself so very little risk!
I don't think he's asking if he can smoke, he's just worried he still won't be clean come test time.. I wasn't clean for my first few tests even with not smoking any and never violated, but can depend on the officer
Apologies for the misplaced thread this is my first time trying this Thanks alot for the replys to be honest theyre making me wanna be clean all the more. Im 17 and i honestly know at this point i wont pass considering im chronic and someone above stated they still werent clean after 2 months... My question now would be if this is my FIRST piss test meaning she doesnt know my "levels" so she has no way of knowing if theyve gone down or not in your own opinion do you think itll be a fail? I just dont see how id get a "fail" if she doesnt know if my levels have gone down or not? She said i have one month to get clean but as someone above pointed out a chronic user isnt clean in one month so isnt it reasonable enough to euggest she shouldve given me a piss test to see my "levels" the day i met her? I am also curious if you think ill go to a correction center if i do get a FAIL. This is my first offense, im on 6 months probation for cultivation 2-5 and possession 2 grams
Start working out like a mofo. Gallon or more of water a day. There is no exact science to tell you if you will or won't until the test is in. As far as probation I don't know how much I'd weigh levels going up or down. If the metabolites are there at levels that mean fail its a fail. Don't fuck around with the government, they win. Be proactive do all you can but you are where you are my young friend.
