How much Lime do I add to raise my soils pH to 6.5?

    So my plants are into about to be 3 weeks into bud and are having nutrients defeciences so I tested the runoff of the water with my fridge distilled water which tests at 7.0ph and the runoff came out at 4.5ph.
     
    I went out and got some of this "Encap Fast acting lime pouch".

    I am wondering how much to put into my pots to raise the ph to 6.5 so i can continue using my nutrients as they are being flushed right now.
     
    So overall: My runoff tested at 4.5pH and im using BlackGold all purpose soil in 2 and a half gallon pots?
    How much of this shit do I distribute all over my soil?
