I have the same allergy, weird thing is that it developed suddenly about 3 years ago. The really weird thing is that it seems to be strain specific, my GSC doesn't bug me at all, but if I touch a Master Kush i'll break out in a rash. I've found that rubbing some aloe on my arms before I start to chop prevents most of the irritation. Hope this helps.
Oh yeah, and if your allergic to just touching the plant your probably allergic to the pollen as well, so if your planning to breed, use a mask while dusting to avoid a possible allergic reaction.
