So I got a pax by ploom the other day, and I charged it, packed it, and tried hitting it. Barely any vape came out at all, and it didn't hit. I tried changing the temperature and my hitting technique with very poor results, barely anything at all, didnt even get high. After only 4 hits or so, I looked at the weed and it was a dark brown so I tried again, this time after looking up some tips, ground it more finely and packed it tighter. A bit better, but still almost nothing, and it burned through it in about 4 hits once again. This is definitely a real pax by ploom, I looked up the difference between fake and real ones and this one is definitely legit. I have been looking up why this might be with no luck. Also its brand new right out of the box so I assume I didn't have to clean it right away. Why might this be? are you supposed to break it in or clean it or do something right when you get it? Any help would be great.
I would contact Ploom to see about a warranty return. Nothing you describe sounds like it's working well. I get thick clouds with mine and definitely way more than 4 tokes off it. I grind mine well and pack it in using the lid like the instructions show.
I'm having the same problem with my pax 2. I'm going back and forth with customer service and they're trying so convince me I'm using it wrong even though I use by boyfriend's (we bought them on the same day at the same store) and it works just fine. At this point I kind of just want my money back.
