I know i need a nail, and a torch, im not a newbie to dabbing, i just dont know what size, or material nail i should get if i want to be dabbing off my bong. I know its not a real roor but i got it for a steal of a price haha. So just some tips on what to get would be nice. Thanks a lot guys appreciate it!
Get a smaller piece with less percs. That one is gonna take away a lot of the flavor. You could alternatively just get a Nectar Collector, wax and a torch and be done with it.
I would save that one for the herbs, and get a new piece just for concentrates. Like wax payne said above, you could go with a nectar collector style piece. Or you could go for the smaller concentrate rigs. I have a small (8 inch) oil rig I got from a great artist on Instagram and I love it. More people should really check out instagram for their glass needs. Tons of great options.

You can definitely dab off it, I had a 18 inch double fritted disk bong with a honeycomb ashcatcher and dabbing off it was amazing. If you want the flavor just get a smaller rig but a bong like that is fine, the hit will be super smooth and cool and you'll get ripped. A good nail is usually titanium, but a quarts nail works awesome as well. I suggest measuring the female joint end diameter (the space and don't include the lip of glass) or if you don't want to measure get something like this: http://grasscity.com/products/dabworthy-super-universal-domeless-14mm-or-19mm-titanium-nail its an expensive nail but it will work with any bong or rig
You can dab off of any glass on glass piece. there's no question to if you can dab off it, but more if you should. More percs means more wasted oil. more than 1 or 2 percs is just a complete waste. You can see the oil building up on the side of the piece. When I clean my double showerhead i get .4-.6 grams of reclaim for every 1 gram of oil I put through it. Meaning almost 50%of the oil I dab condenses on the glass as waste. My 2-hole minitube on the other hand maybe gets .2-.4 for every 3 grams that goes through it. So much less oil goes to waste. The more percs the more goes to waste. and with the increase in loss that great for the increase in numbers of percs I'd avoid anything with more than 1 ever from now on. OP's piece can be dabbed through, but it's a waste of oil. Maybe 70% or more of every dab will condense on the side.
