I have two bongs One is acrylic anf 12 inch with metal down pipe Second onr is 16inch glass on glass What will get me more stoned?
The bigger, the cooler the smoke, the less irritation, the bigger the hit, the more stoned you get-unless it's too bulky for you to easily hit huge hits (just because it takes a lot of lung power). If both feel pretty similar when you hit them, ie one isn't harder to hit for you, then the glass one is better because it's bigger. If you smoke enough out of the small one you'll get equally high, but as the poster above me writes, you'll feel more of a 'sudden plunge deep beneath the waves' high if you take huge rips. I like to do this. (if you are new, be careful of taking very huge rips)
I prefer Glass because its smoother typically and i can rip it harder. but if your trying to get stoned i would switch between the two, using different pieces seems to get you higher when your really stoned.
hahah noooo but borosilicate has the hardest least pourus surface of the options so in the lng run it is easier to clean and harder for bacteria and fungi to grow in the pours as it will stay in ceramics and soda lime glass. borosilicate is pyrex,pyrex was a brand of borosilicate glass and no linger produce borosilicate glass for the scientific world they are into serious stuff now a days.the logo was bought bya kitchen company and the uppercase spelling of PYREX was changed to lower case..all bake ware glass is lower case means its made from soda lime glass,, vs the o.g. upper case PYREX is made from pyrex so go raid your moms,,better grandmas kitchen bake ware for the goods!!

I could achieve the same with the same thing made from plastic & a metal bowl with stem. So again how does glass get you higher? If water filtration temp of smoke & water is what your talking about thats a different story. I think most choose glass as we do not want a hot bowl or stem to melt any plastic or vapor from a metal bowl going into our lungs. However this would probably get you higher as it adds to 02 deprivation puts more toxins in the mix. Cooling smoke with water & or ice in a bong regardless of what its body bowl stem is made of. Will have much more effect on how much you can absorb from the now water cooled water soaked denser smoke. The lungs can absorb moist air or smoke & the things in it much easier then very hot dry air or smoke. It also won't make the herb stronger but when water cooled filtered will allow you to use absorb more of its original potency.
it is the device more then what it is made out of that gives you a better high. regardless of the bong i am using, i can, in one hit, toke down a 1/4 of a jay in a bong toke. i cant smoke a quarter a jay in one puff though. crazy right? i think smoking out of glass gives a way better experience though. preferably one with water filtration and a handful of ice.
