Id really appreciate some help with a few things on my mind.

Indoor closet grow with 400 watt MH/ HPS
Dimensions of closet: 67cm x 55cm with a height of 160cm to bottom of light.
6 feminized seeds: 2 acapulco gold; 2 blue rhino; 1 blue cheese and 1 blue widow.
    Avg plant height: 60cm
Veg Time: 4.5 months, flowering tomorrow (12/12)
Nutes: seagrow every 2nd watering and moving to nitrosol for flowering
Distance from light: +- 40cm (Max. overall final plant height before burning 120cm)
    Pots: 12 litre (3 gallon)

    1. I'm wondering if I should transplant into slightly bigger pots. Should I be worried about the plants getting root bound during flowering and also, will too much energy go into root growth and take away from the buds if I transplant?

I have read that the roots don't grow much during flowering and the plants "stretch" to 2 times their size (sativas) and 1.5 times for the indicas. Please can someone confirm this?

Or would it be better to stick to what I have in relation to the size of my grow?

I realise some of my plants may get too tall and will probably bend the sativas during a later stage.

    2. Should I cut off the smaller twiggy branches at the very bottom to get a better yield on the top?
There are some with slightly decent stems and some which are totally useless - where is the line of what to cut and what to keep?

    3. When should I start cutting off fan leaves to allow light to reach the buds, especially the lower sections?

Here are some pictures to show the pot size in relation to my plants.
The tallest plants on the left and right are at 180cm and the middle ones are between 45cm and 65cm.

    4. You might see that the pots are at different heights to keep the tops the same distance from the light - is this good practice?

    Thanx so much

  2. snap em! youre gonna have a meter between low and top buds

  3. Just snap them over or LST

Thanks for the replies :) is it not too late to be snapping during flowering? Would bending not be sufficient (And have greater yield) ? Lastly no comments on the transplanging/root bound issue if any?
    Thanks again!

  5. I'd transplant know and be ready for some big motherfuckers, I started flowering at 1/3 that height.

  6. Going big here is the goal boys ;) so would you say I should raise the pots of the shorter plants to keep them all in the sweet spot for the lights? ie all tops of plants at same height?

    Ps this forum is awsome!!
