I can't login to the site on anything but the app thats already half broken. Tried the fullsite on my phone and nothing, i'll type in my info and press 'sign in' and it loads me back to the same page and i have to put in my info and press enter again, only for it to happen again lol. same thing if i get on my computer. it did let me log out and then log back in on the app tho, which i find weird. but yea. i know of one other member having the same issue as well so i thought id make a thread for anyone else with the issue any tips/advice? would be nice to check my notifications. i think i was able to early this morning, or it could have been last night before bed, idk long night. but i know i was last able to like 10hrs ago max. what happened?
You're the third person I've heard about this problem from today...we'll have to alert tech I think... You're logging out on the app before you try to sign in on your browser, right?
yea, i saw you tell ron to try logging out on the app, so i did that too and no love. was able to log back in tho...well obviously
Okay...so much for the easy fix... ICG has kindly put in a request for tech help, so hopefully we'll get this resolved soon...

im apple too. will download a different browser on my phone and see if that works. doubt it since it didn't for ron but i'll still try. also tried google chrome on my pc and no love either. edit- nope. samething
Try FF on your computer...working for me... I can't sign in on my phone either, although I can on my iPad... Thanks guys...appreciate the effort and input...
