  2. Very, very nice tutorial. I am planning a small garden pond in which I'll grow aquatic plants. I've bookmarked the page to refer back to.

WOW! What a labor intensive project!!!!! But what a pond that is!!!! VERY impressive!!!

I am currently renting a house that fortunately already has a pond. It was just sitting there with a few inches of muddy water and we found a little goldfish in it when we cleaned it out. It only gets about 4 hours of sun a day so I have to choose my plants accordingly... there will be no water lilies for me.

I am rearranging the stones around the perimeter right now, trying to incorporate stone benches into the low wall, then I will lay a flagstone path around it. I often take clumps of moss from the yard and stick it to the waterfall stones when I go out there and I have planted watercress to for the water to cascade down through too.

Man, I just can't seem to figure out how to get my photos to be regular sized when you click on it rather than that HUGE thing you have to scroll up and down and back and forth on to look at one little zoomed-in bit at a time!!
